With 29 years of industry experience, Jean Price is a key contributing member of the Gomes Gaming corporate management team developing gaming business for the company. Currently she is responsible for overseeing the company’s daily administrative and HR operations, in addition to serving as Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Officer.

In 2007, Jean joined Gomes Gaming Management, Inc. as the Director of Corporate Administration and EEO Officer where she contributed to the development, organization and management of the new Indiana Live Casino - a 2,000 slot machine casino located outside of Indianapolis, Indiana.

Her impressive credentials also include roles at two legendary gaming resorts, the Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino and the Tropicana Casino & Resort in Atlantic City, New Jersey where she last served as Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Manager – a position mandated by the New Jersey Casino Control Commission. In this crucial role, Jean reported directly to the President. Her responsibilities included the investigation and resolution of all non-union employee discrimination and harassment claims as well as achieving diversity in the workplace.

Previously she served as Tropicana’s Guest Relations Manager responsible for all customer service issues. A proactive leader, Jean spearheaded the Customer Service Satisfaction Program which focused on solving problems and building customer loyalty. As Chairperson, she was instrumental in developing an Employee Incentive Program rewarding employees for their outstanding customer service.

Jean also served as Tropicana’s Community Relations Manager successfully managing a community outreach program that distributed $1.3 million in charitable contributions. Over this 10-year period, Jean worked with local charities devoted to children, education, community development and diversity. She was also responsible for the “Breakfast with Books” Reading Program and countless other positive initiatives.

During her tenure at the Tropicana, she was the recipient of prestigious “Supervisor of the Year” and “Supervisor of the Quarter” awards for outstanding leadership and customer service.

Jean possesses unparallel knowledge in all aspects of the industry. Her Human Resources and EEO experience, coupled with her Hotel Operations, Food & Beverage and Sales & Marketing experience, make her a unique talent and a vital part of Gomes Gaming management.
